Am I able to connect any brand of wifi ip surveillance camera or does it need the be the fortress brand?

Do I need a SIM card with this system? Also, do I need a landline for the calling capabilities?

Hello Melanie, The S03 system only works with a phone line or WiFi, it is not compatible with the SIM card. If you want it to call out it will need a phone line. Thanks, Jessica Customer Service Manager
