The Fortress products and customer service is great
I bought these fobs to replace the ones that came with my VEA 3G4G panel. The original remotes don't have anything to protect the buttons from accidental "butt dialing" while in your pockets, and I would regularly press them accidentally and trigger SOS alarms and arm/disarm my system. These S02 remotes were easy to add to the VEA system, and they can be kept in your pocket without fear of accidentally triggering false SOS or other arm disarm functions. Highly recommend them.
No problems , works perfect!
I purchased this one to replace another one that came with the system. The "Home" button on the old one became intermittent so I'm hoping this one lasts longer.
Key fob connected first try and has worked well since.

Will other style remotes work with the GSM? I have two of this model and the buttons stop working, the newer remotes look like they may be better if they are compatible with the GSM system I have.
