New - View Your SIM Card Information Online!

Here at Fortress Security Store, we’re always working to improve our products and services in order to bring peace of mind to your doorstep. We’re happy to announce that we’ve updated our website so that you can now view your current SIM card balance(s) by logging into the “My Account”  page!

Here are some helpful pictures to show exactly where to go to find the number of minutes used so far on your SIM card(s) in the current billing period.

Step 1 - On The Fortress Security Store website, navigate to the “My Account” page.

Step 2 - Enter your email address and password, then select “Sign In.”

Step 3 - On this page, under the “Balance” section, you can view your SIM card phone number(s). In the next column, the page shows how many minutes have been used so far in the current billing period.

If you can’t see your minutes in your Account Dashboard, send us a message and let us know! We will send out complimentary updated SIM cards for any customers who would like to take advantage of this new feature. In the meantime, you can also contact us to find out the current balance of minutes on your SIM card.
