The panic button is a quick and easy way to trigger the alarm immediately. Keep it on your nightstand, or mount it under your desk, or in other convenient locations so you can scare off potential intruders and alert anyone else nearby. Configure the panic button to trigger the alarm even when the system is disarmed. (If you have a panic button included as part of a kit, this is how it will be configured by default.)

We purchased it while it was on a great sale but will not be closing on our new home until 7/22/20 so we have yet to install it. That said, we probably will have some interaction with the customer service team at some point. I hope they are good as the ratings claim. :-)
