would have preferred free shipping-------------now that I have the s03 -- it is defective. It does not work with the wifi. After a good few hours on my own and with your very good customer service, they have to send a new unit.

We purchased it while it was on a great sale but will not be closing on our new home until 7/22/20 so we have yet to install it. That said, we probably will have some interaction with the customer service team at some point. I hope they are good as the ratings claim. :-)
